Coligny Creek Egg Co.

Following a business restructuring, a family-run egg farm in British Columbia’s Fraser Valley needed a new brand for its free-range and organic products. The work began with category research and brand positioning, which informed the naming, tone of voice and broader identity system. The aim was to create something with real presence in a crowded egg category, while giving the farm a more distinctive and credible story to tell.

We recommended an under-used full-colour carton format to maximize shelf impact and create a stronger canvas for the brand. Illustration by Jamey Christoph grounds the identity in the farm’s Fraser Valley setting, featuring the family’s distinctive red-roofed barn and the surrounding landscape. The logo takes its cue from the familiar roofline of a barn, creating a simple and memorable shape that could work across the range. The identity extended beyond packaging to the website, truck graphics, business cards and photography art direction.
