Servus Credit Union

When a credit union merger created a larger Servus, I translated the refreshed brand identity platform into the branch environment, the most important physical touchpoint for members. With 50 locations across 27 Alberta communities, the estate varied widely in architecture, scale and communication needs, so a single, rigid approach wouldn’t work. Conscious of the transition costs for a credit union, strategic retrofitting of existing signs was carefully woven into the system.

I designed the exterior and primary interior environmental graphics, creating a tiered system that could flex by location while still making the brand feel consistent, tangible and welcoming. The work helped bring the new identity to life beyond the logo, turning branch visits into a clearer and more engaging expression that elevated the Servus brand. I also created additional concepts to extend the identity application to branch interiors, branding existing spaces and introducing new focal points for information and community engagement.
