Capital Point
Capital Point was a commercial real estate office development in Burnaby’s Metrotown, created by stripping two existing office towers back to their structural frame and completely reimagining them through new architecture by DIALOG. The brand needed to reflect that same transformation: positioning the development as a premium workplace and a rare strata ownership opportunity in one of Metro Vancouver’s fastest-growing business centres.
The identity was built around the idea of “the sum of its parts.” A refined geometric symbol subtly forms a “CP” while referencing the modularity of the architecture and the coming together of many individual elements into a cohesive whole. Combined with confident typography and a restrained visual system, the brand projects quality, permanence and sophistication, giving the development a distinctive presence across marketing and sales communications.
