1QBit

1QBit was a young Vancouver company developing software for quantum computing, with rapid momentum behind it: funding, strategic partnerships with NASA and Google’s Quantum AI Lab, and an impressive network of advisors and talent. But its identity was starting to look dated and leaned too heavily on familiar tech clichés.

Because the company still needed to protect the equity it had built, the right move was evolution rather than reinvention. I refined the colour palette, added more depth and replaced black to soften the tone. The typography became more grown-up; smart, accessible and credible for a company preparing to raise Series B funding. The system extended to white papers, templates, stationery and brand standards.
