Shared Services BC wanted its new Lower Mainland Contact Centre in Surrey to feel considered, vibrant and contemporary for staff. Working with the interior designers and their existing finishes palette, I first identified where environmental graphics would have the most impact, making sure the space had pace and wasn’t overloaded with visual treatment.

The final concept is an abstract expression of how teams and individuals are encouraged to work and collaborate; multiple separate strands coming together toward a shared goal. Subtly organic and loosely inspired by nature, the graphics bring movement, warmth and flow to the office while complementing the architecture, colour palette and interior materials.
